Maritime Technical & Support Services (Pvt) Ltd, (MTSS) was incorporated on 02 September 2010 through Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

The contract between DCNS and MTSS for the supportability of French origin platforms being operated by Pakistan Navy was signed on 14 October 2010.

Business partnership contract was signed between MTSS and CSTC of China for through life supportability of newly acquired F-22P Frigates.

CSOC of China appointed MTSS as their local partner for construction of Fast Attack Craft (Missile) for Pakistan Navy. Second craft of the line is being built at KS&EW.
